For the olive harvest every November we offer special packages throughout the month. During their stay with us guests participate in picking of the olives on our countryside estate, an olive oil tasting class which includes a bit about the history of the olive in Italy, a visit to an olive press, and a culinary class dedicated especially to the olive and uses of olive oil for Tuscan appetizers and the famous local specialty, the "ribollita".
