We now offer winetasting and culinary classes on-site throughout the year upon request. We use all local ingredients, many right from our garden. Some unique ingredients from the region used in our dishes include pecorino from Pienza, truffle mushrooms, and chestnuts. Winetasting classes include a private tour in our cellar and winemaking facilities. Classes can last from one day to one week and are typically taught by our Terre di Nano staff; top chefs and well-known sommelliers sometimes also collaborate with us to teach special courses.
