In autumn and winter our guests and friends benefit from unique circumstances during their stay: tours and trips without the inconvenience of summer crowd, the peace of wilderness, singular activities. Therefore, we thought to offer weekly packages from November to March requiring a minimum number of participants that will be available upon request. The packages can be very interesting for those who seek to spend an exceptional week of vacation that would differ from the usual summer holiday.

A one-week vacation with cooking and tasting classes of typical dishes of the province of Siena to enjoy with the beauty and the activities that the south of Tuscany offers during winter time: cultural visits, wine tasting, spas and thermal stations, etc.

Workshop cook and relax, conditions and reservation

The workshop begins and ends on Saturday. Cooking classes will be held in the afternoon and will end with a tasting of what has been prepared and cooked during the day. In the first part of the day we will propose a number of activities in order to take full advantage of the facilities we offer our guests: these include cultural visits, the tasting of wine, olive oil and typical products, the olive harvest (in November), thermal baths, walks, excursions, etc..

- Welcome: Saturday, from 12:00 am

- Beginning of the workshop: Saturday at 5:00 pm

- End of the workshop: Friday at 8:00 pm

- What is included in the price: cooking classes, meals (excluding drinks) and accommodation for 7 nights in either a single or a double room, organization of the activities for the participants.

- As a gift to our guests: Saturday welcome lunch (for those who plan to arrive in the morning), a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano to each participant.
