Here we serve only local products and if possible from our garden, including our homemade bread, wines and extra virgin olive oil.

Our restaurant is open for dinner and by reservation only, Monday day off. The chef and sommelier Giorgio offers a different fixed Tuscan menu every day including some reinterpretations of national dishes for the price of 39.00 euros per person, excluding wines. The oil and bread are homemade, and the wines produced at Terre di Nano. We also have a vegetable garden from which we draw when possible and only use products from surrounding areas. At lunch we are open for group bookings. Once a week we organize an evening dedicated to pizza that we prepare using only local flours, expertly blended by the chef, and exclusively Tuscan products, starting from tomatoes and mozzarella. The dough is subject to a natural, slow maturation process, which, depending on the season, can last up to 5 days. The pizza is cooked on sight in the century-old wood-burning oven and the result is a fragrant product, with great aromas and digestibility.
